Refund Policy

Effective 1 May 2026

Event Space & Meeting Room Bookings

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable, regardless of reason.

Day Passes

Day passes are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

Coworking Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable. Payments made for a membership period are not eligible for partial or full refunds under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on an eligible booking, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time via WhatsApp at +91 98194 72889 or email at hello@of10.in with your booking reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
