You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Day passes cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or transferred once purchased.
Memberships are non-cancellable. Once commenced, a membership cannot be terminated early, paused, or refunded.
